2-Deloitte 24 fixed + 2.4 variable + gratuity + 35k insurance and other benefits as wifi mobile well being relocation (1.15L) (Hyderabad)
3- capgemini HR is saying max budget is 25LPA and we can offer 22.5 fixed + 2.5 variable. i said atleast match the 24LPA as fixed,
as i can give you Pune location,so we can offer max 25 with 10% variable.
how can we negotiate on this as i am already holding 24as fixed and looking for 25as fixed.
how can we negotiate with capgemini HR for this??

Go for deloitte, you are at mid level in your career, deloitte will make you grind and tougen up. It will be smooth saiiing at later stage of career with all the knowledge gained slogging multiple projects and multiple tech stacks at same time. Big 4 brand on your resume. Also there is not much difference in ctc offered by capgemeni.
TCS avoid like a PLAGUE.

They are offering hyd & i am settled in pune.

Go for Deloitte my friend also join Deloitte last year and location also HYD but as he did not opts for gds project so he got call from. Multiple project and he mention to the project manager about the location so location got changed according. Now Deloitte have lots of project in pipenine compare to tcs and cg
