Offered CTC is 32LPA.

I have 10 years of exp in AS400 and my current CTC is 24LPA. Got offer for 32LPA (30 LPA fixed + 2 LPA yearly variable pay). To be honest, I didn't attend any interview after that. How is the market for AS400 now? Can I ask more? Is this package ok?
