Offer with EY and Deloitte
I hold an offer with both Deloitte USI and EY US work for consulting, could you please guide which should I go with.
You need to decide if you want to say in India USI or go to US Deloiite USI is wonderful company. Not sure about EY
How's your working in Deloitte
Nobody is going to the US from Deloitte now. They're completely shifting the workforce to india. The jobs will increase here, very slim chances on onsite, Deloitte used to be a hot place for onsite 10 years back, now it's saturated by so many people entering the field.
Go with farming or bakery or anything else that gives you money as well as mental peace 😂
Choose the one with the higher CTC.

If EY offers me more than Deloitte USI, can Deloitte compensate with that?
Currently I hold an offer only with Deloitte USI and utilizing it as a counter offer for a rise.
