Hey.. I was too in LTIMindtree & now in wipro.. to be honest lti I is far better than wipro.. here each & everything is recorded & noted. If you have other option then do go for it👍🏻
Its kind of similar to LTI totally depends on project
Now a days if project is there only you will be survive in company or else after 3 months resignation will be there in bench
Look for some other company. Its the worst here.
Now a days wipro is not good..my friend worked in wipro..he told that project is less and work pressure is high..
