Offer to Decide

I am currently working in a service based genai start-up and have currently 2+ YOE(this is my first job after college) with 5 days WFO in Gurugram.

I have my in hand component as 10.5 LPA and have got an offer from EY india for Bangalore location with fixed component as 15.2 LPA prior to any deductions.

Need to decide should I accept the offer or not based on living expenses of bengaluru and EY work culture as role is tech consulting.
