Can someone help me with in hand salary for below CTC in TCS ?

What was your previous CTC bro?
If I keep aside performance pay and insurance premium (52,000 and 15k) - your gross salary comes around 35.3 LPA (including PF and gratuity)
Let's remove PF now.
77.7k *2 = 155k
(Twice cause employer share is also going to be paid from your gross salary only)
So if we deduct 155k PF and 31k Gratuity, your salary comes around 33.44 lakh approx.
This will attract Nirmala Tai (Income tax).
Be ready to pay Tax upto 4.5 lakh.
If we do calculation as per NEW regime, you would need to pay around 5.7 lakh 😟 (Anything above 24 lakh is directly 30% tax cut)
So net income after tax is = 27.75 lakh approx.
Divide by 12 to get monthly in hand
Around = 2.31 lakh per month.
Hope this helps.
This is too good considering TCS standard and C3A range., its at higher side of C3A. Of role is good, you must consider. You will get around 2.3 in hand (after taxes)
Is it at par with market standard bro ?
