Offer Selection Guidance
Hi All,
I got 2 offer one is for niche skill 8.5lpa 100% remote with one startup company and other with Deloitte good technology (not as good as previous) 11-12 lpa WFO which offer should I accept?

Deloitte lo bhai, brand value bhi hai aur experience bhi achcha milega. Post working in Deloitte you will get better offers also outside.

Deloitte. Startups would be very tough to handle work pressure. Deloitte would add great work place to your resume. So that your next switch will be even better. Compensation is also good. You will get few other benefits too
