Offer selection Confusion

Hi Folks, I have an Offer with Comcast they are offering me 19 Lpa and joining is on 23rd March, today I gave final round for Nokia so I might receive offer from Nokia as well, but the role is QA role and Nokia os ready to offer 22 Lpa, so I am in a confusion which offer to choose any suggestions please?
