Go for Amazon, even if you got team with poor work culture. After a year you can easily leave with some amazing skills and brand name on your resume which will ultimately help you to secure even high ctc.

Amazon culture is shit in most teams (personal experience). But definitely choose Amazon espicially at this YOE. At some point you have to do the hard work to climb up the salary ladder, this is your chance, take it.
Switch after 1-2 years once JB clause is done.. having gathered the brand name, experience and money

As per I know, for amazon stock vestige is 5-15-40-40 percent for 4 years, while for Qualcomm vesting will happen every quarter till 3 yeare

It was f2f in the office after the initial screening, had 4 rounds 2 dsa, 1 lld and 1hld, lp questions, Dsa level - medium.
