Infosys Desig- Associate Consultant Salary- 9 Lpa(8 fixed 1 variable)

EY GDS Desig- Consultant Salary- 8.5 Lpa( All fixed)

Considering the projects they have and the onsite opportunities and work culture which one should I join?
