I have three offers ,
One is from Epam , one is from product based company in Mumbai and another is hcl
Package are same but
Here Epam I took three interviews but they said client will be assigned after joining Hcl took client interview but client asked for weekend support Product based I don't to join because of Mumbai location but it's is the first company I got by showing the offer of it I got better offer, but how can I say no to them

I have took naukari priority+full profile for 3000 ruppes, so my profile created by naukari and also keep priority, so we get more interviews. It's helpful for me I got more interviews from that.Try once
But I don't have offer at that time I said I will join no problem with location. I have took three rounds and given assurance to join in Mumbai also and also got 100% hike from them
If you don't mind why prblem with Mumbai, is it fully wfo or hybrid ?
Fully wfo , I don't have any offer and I quit the at that time I got this offer, so I said I have no problem with Mumbai to them. And also.epam and hcl gave me more CTC than product based after that
Go with Epam as I have worked with Epam for transition period wo definitely go with Epam work life balance is very good they actually care about employee mental health as well as physical health
I'd say go with Epam if you want flexibility, but be ready for surprises. Politely tell the Mumbai company you can't join due to location issues.
