Offer revise advice
I got an offer of 14 LPA from one MNC another offer of 18 LPA from another MNC. But I really want to join the company with 14 LPA, as the HR over there was the only person who accepted my 90 days NP and gave 100% hike first.
Can I ask the HR to increase 14LPA offer to 16 if possible. I accepted the offer they released one month back with 14 written on it.
By the way,both offers are for my home city, offices are close to my home.
This is my first switch, so please guide.😊
Look for work culture and learning opportunity, the one which have good one join that. Nothing matter else. Also check for any variable amount.
It's both 14 fixed (Mindtree)and 18 fixed ( Accenture)
For growth LTI is good option , u can negotiate with HR, Tell them i have another offer but I still wnag to join u but increase ctc to 16 lc
Also off course u can do negotiate with 1st one if u want to join them.
