Offer Review: Tekion Corp

Hi Everyone I got an offer from Tekion corp, Bangalore for SDE-2 role.

Fixed- 22 Lpa Bonus- 2 Lpa RSU- 6000 Unit Total TC Offered - 24 LPA (22+2) (Not considering stock option for now as its value is 0 as of now)

Yoe - 3.7 years (almost 4) Current company am working - A product based startup organization. Current Tc - 15 Lpa (all fixed)

Please review if anyone have any idea regarding it and is it worth considering Tekion among this market scenario?

I maybe part of the parts team so please do review that too regarding work life balance for parts team at Tekion?
