Offer review for JPMC 601 level

I have an offer from JPMC in CCB lob for product delivery associate role at 601 level in Hyderabad. I have 5 years of tech experience and 1+ year at amazon. They're offering me 30 fixed and verbally said that bonus will be of 10% to 12%. Is this a good offer? What are your reviews for CCB, my team is Al/ML shared assets team for chase mobile app. Can someone please review? And also how's the role and growth for this role at JPMC?
