Trending @Cognizant; Offer related confusion . Kindly help
I have 3.8 years of experience at Cognizant, where I joined as a GenC Next. My current salary is 9 LPA, and this was my first company.
I recently received offers from LTIMindtree (14.9 LPA) and TCS (13.5 LPA). I am transitioning to a new domain, but my experience in this field is mostly theoretical, with no hands-on or project exposure. I cleared the interviews with the help of a friend, who has experience in this domain and has agreed to assist me in my new role.
LTIMindtree has a bench resignation policy, meaning if I fail to perform well and end up on the bench, I may have to resign or face termination. On the other hand, TCS offers better job security, as they typically do not terminate employees for performance issues.
After tax deductions, my in-hand salary at LTIMindtree would be around ₹8K-₹9K more per month compared to TCS. However, since I am entering a new domain and will need time to learn, TCS might offer a safer environment for upskilling without immediate performance pressure.
Given these factors, which company should I join: TCS or LTIMindtree? Both have the same joining date.

My suggestion would be to choose the job description that you liked and question yourself where you will be getting more technical knowledge as you are in your early career.

How you manage to clear interviews bro they didn’t ask anything about experience and scenario based question? Asking because I also don’t have much hands on experience and feeling tensed that I can’t able to clear interview.

I have appeared 15 interviews. So an experience of interview matters. You will get the idea what can be asked and what not

Which technology/domain you got into?
