Do a quick math with cost of living, rent, tax bracket. Calculate it. If you have kids then their school fees and transportation. See how it might impact kids from a language standpoint. I heard Marathi is compulsory until class X. Think of all these and then make the choice.

Marathi is third language subject. In private school we have choice between Marathi and Sanskrit.

Other than what they have mentioned, cost of living is compartively high than Delhi NCR. Also the traffic (commuting time from ofc to home n home to ofc) is also high. But if you have offer of 34 as fixed comparing 22 including variable then should go for Mumbai. Do check the brand comparing to HCL.

Depends on your current expenditure and plan, but Mumbai and Noida are almost the same as per rent, but traveling time will be increased

Check your in hand for both 22 lpa and 34 lpa. I believe 22 and 34 are your CTC not in hand. Historically HCL has a better CTC to in hand ratio as compared to other companies. If the difference in hand is significant and if you are currently living on rent then switch to Mumbai.
