42LPA(40F+2V), Devops Lead, techno functional role, implement Devops mindset, slow tech, established MNC, and Good WLB.
45.5 LPA(39F+4V+2.5PF), SRE, More Operational lead role, 2-11PM shift(weekend deployments), fintech product based firm.

Which of this is a good choice? Is the salary fair enough? 42 with WLB or 45.5 with learning (no wlb)

I have an offer of 20 LPA( 10% variable pay) from infinite computer solutions and an offer of 19LPA( 2% variable and 3%variable) from CGI for 6 years 6 months which is the better option? Plzz help
