2. 45.5 LPA(39F+4V+2.5PF), SRE, More Operational lead role, 2-11PM shift(weekend deployments), fintech product based firm.

Which of this is a good choice? Is the salary fair enough? 42 with WLB or 45.5 with learning (no wlb)
