Offer negotiation with Accenture

Hi folks,

How much fixed pay should I ask accenture.i am having 3.3 yoe in in SAP CFIN. Also how much do they ideally offer at L10.

Cctc: 9.25 (8.5 fixed) Holding offer: 13 (11.7 fixed)
