Trending @Accenture; Offer Negotiation post Resignation

I am Level 9 resource in Accenture with 9.4 years of experience. My current Fixed pay is 18 lakhs. I get Variable Bonus of 2 lakhs combined. I have been in Accenture from the start of my career. Since last 2 years pay has not increased as I was getting this pay from 2023. Now in Feb I got an offer from TCS of 26 lpa out of which 2.4 lak is variable. I have resigned from Accenture after getting the offer. Now I have cleared an interview with Cognizant also. Any suggestions how much should I ask hr? My tech skill is Java SpringBoot Microservices
