Accenture is offering me 9.56 LPA (fixed) + 1.57 LPA (variable) = 11.57 LPA CTC.
Is this a good offer? Any tips on negotiating a better package with HR?

Accenture is the shitest company, extreme level of politics from incompetent ppl there, imagine job level 8,9 and 10 all are managers only 11 and 12 will work. These ppl are the from past 8-10 yrs in the same project.
