I have receieved offer from Capgemini 12 fixed And Opentext 18 fixed Yoe - 3.2 Cctc - 6 lpa Will capgemini match the offer or opentext revise the ctc if we show counter offer?

You can try.! Make sure that you show them that you’re interested in Capgemini but the compensation difference is big as your your current situation hence you’re looking for some change in offer and ask Capgemini to ser how close the can offer.
