Offer negotiation

My current ctc is 12.87 lpa fixed + 21% variable. I have two offers.

1. 16.25 fixed + 10% variable (EY GDS)
2. 17 fixed + 45k variable (Cognizant)

Yoe - 5.3 Tech - Java fullstack

I am inclined towards joining EY GDS but I feel I have been lowbailed and I am aiming for atleast 20. But companies are not scheduling interviews after hearing my expected ctc. I have less than 1 month left in np. Shall I try further or just go ahead with existing one. Is it too much to ask for 20 LPA?
