Offer Letter TCS

Currently i am working in accenture and my fixed ctc is 12 lpa, and variable added total is 13.30 lpa.. i get shift allowances etc which is additional 5k per month.. total in hand comes around 96k In accenture in fixed we dont have deductions only employee pf and tax gets deducted.. even employer pf is outside of ctc

I have a offer from TCS of 17 LPA but it includes multiple deductions.. As of now my tax is less as under 12lpa no tax.. in 17 lpa.. tax is more..

Should I accept the offer.? Or try negotiations.?

Will TCS negotiate.? They earlier told had a budget of 20% increment they were offering 16lpa, but when i told them about pf gratuity they told 17lpa

After tax it is hardly making a difference of 5k per month
