I accidentally shared the actual offer from one company with another company instead of sharing just the anexure. Will there be any consequences? Does HRs contact each other to verify competing offers? I am a bit scared that the first company might withdraw my offer if they come to know that I am window shopping.
I also had done the same thing. Nothing happened. I don't think they care too much they will at the worst will probably compare the compensation you shared in offer letter with Glassdoor or related sites. It is just my opinion
