Hi I have accepted offer letters from both EY and Cognizant, and both have the same joining date (April 17). I've decided to go ahead with EY. Is it okay if I inform Cognizant HR now that I won't be joining? Will there be any negative consequences if I inform them at the last minute ? How to send a mail with proper content?
