Offer letter Of Infosys

Hi All Can anybody please conform that Should i get my offer letter or not in upcoming Days , Heres What Happened :- I am Working in TCS with 5 Years of Experienced I Got Selected in Infosys and Had a Discussion with my Hr , She Collected all the documents and after that She Agreed with XX Salary and She Told me that My Offer Letter will send within 7 to 10 Days After Background Verification ( BGV). And since somedays i am getting the Project interview Call and they are telling once you will be selected for the project then We will send the offer letter

But i conform with Hr she told that it will not Impact the Offer , May be They are doing for Project Evaluation Kindly please Suggest What will be Outcome in Upcoming Days.
