Hi All, I received an offer from a product based company which is offering 19.8 CTC and have accepted the offer. My ask was in the range of 20-22 LPA but settled for 19 as I felt company is good. Now I see a job post for the same company, mentioned the same skills for which I am hired on the job portal but there budget is mentioned as 25LPA. Should I negotiate with HR based on the job post now as I have already accepted the offer one month back ?

Dont fuxk this up dude, if you want more, then start applying for other openings and negotiate there with the help of this 19lpa wala offer. If you call Har again and ask for this negotiation then she/he might think that you only care about money. There is a sligh chance that they will revoke your offer and hire better work/goal oriented people from their new hiring post.
