Offer Letter from Infosys

I recently got selected in Infosys for an Associate Consultant position. But it's been a 15 day offer letter not yet released, trying to call HR but not receiving calls also.

Can anyone please let me know if you have any knowledge on this. Will I get an offer letter or not ?

Have you got the offer? My HR round was done on 11th Dec, but haven't received the offer letter yet. 2 decision pending are on my infosys portal.

Did anyone know that. Infosys changed the process of releasing an offer letter?
They are doing some checks on ITR & epfo through third party organisations. But the offer is not yet released.

If anyone knows please let me know.

Don't lose hope.... after this verbal confirmation they will start the verification process like the ITR and EPFO process it will take nearly one month also....if u have doubt send a mail to hr who interviewed you.....for your safety try to get another offer....all the best
