Hi Folks

I have 4+ yrs of experience and got an offer letter from Deloitte USI for full stack developer role of 15lpa fixed + 10% variable pay. Should I accept? I tried negotiating with HR but he says that’s all their budget

Who said it's trash they have given 20+ percent hike to people even without promotion this year
And I am ex Deloitte employee there we get more VP then mentioned not like here
