Trending @Accenture; Offer letter details and suggestions on better offer

Hi Everyone,

I have 4 years 7 months of total experience and my current CTC is 9.2 LPA and my role in Industry and functional senior analyst (lvl 10). I recently got reached out by an TCS HR and received a offer of 15.7 LPA for Analyst position.

Is this a good switch, shall I go for it, or stay in Accenture for 5 year anniversary, or is there a possibility to show this offer letter to another company and ask more, how does that procedure usually go.

Any idea who have already been in such situations? What would u have done in my case.

FYI - my skills are python, SQL, Excel, basics of ML.

Was TCS okay with your 90 days notice period

No, ofcourse not. TCS HR said they will only consider people within 30 days notice period, and they can buy back that notice period of 2 months

Can you please explain the process of buyout, and also did you inform them before your interview that you have 90 days NP?

You will lose gratuity...my suggestion is to stay complete 4.11 years to get your gratuity...use tcs offer for counter offer make sure your last working day should be after 4.11

Okay, that makes sense. I'm also trying for a company with ~24 LPA, nowadays marriage market expects it 😂
