I joined cts in 2022 now when i searched for offer letter i found that i don't have that email in my mailbox. How can i get my offer letter from cts portal or whom i need to reach out.

Did anyone faced this issue earlier?

Offer letter would have been sent to you personal mail id during on-boarding not cognizant mail

I think you can show your compention letter from one cognizant portal. Search ELetter and download it. It should work. Offer letter is not mandatory
