Offer letter delay at HCL – HR system migration?

Hi all, Wanted to check if anyone is facing offer release delays at HCL due to HR tool / system migration. I was informed a couple of weeks back that offers might get delayed by 1–2 weeks because of internal HR system issues. Last week I was told the offer would be released soon, but it’s still pending. Just wanted to know if this is a common situation currently or if others are seeing similar delays. Thanks.
