Some percentage of your performance bonus is distributed monthly, generally 50% of your yearly PB. That’s AMPB. By May or June, the remaining part of your yearly bonus will be given lumpsum now don’t expect that to be remaining 50%. The percentage of bonus will be advised post your appraise it can vary and I have generally seen it to be 80% and so half of that would have been given in your monthly and other half would be given to you by May/June after 30% tax deduction.
