I had an offer from one of the service based company, they didn't send any official offer letter. Did all pre onboarding process with necessary documents. Now HR is saying that it will take some time as they are waiting for customer approval and also informed to with other offer if you have any.
I am getting this reply after waiting for 2 weeks?

Hope you hadn’t resigned based on their silly email. If not resigned, hardly any issue. If resigned, what a massive mistake. Stay strong then.
