Hi all, I am confused, I got offer letter from one company and they want acceptance mail, and also interviewing with other. Companies. If I accept this offer and get another offer and join the same will this firat acceptance cause any issues?

you can accept an offer in harm. and you can negotiate with other company
Nothing will happen. Every company needs offer acceptance. No issue till you haven't joined the organisation.
Depends if you are signing any sort of contract by accepting the offer from the first company.
Don’t join capgemini.. think about future.. atleast you expect minimum hike in every year. They won’t give hike.. I joined cg 3years back and my salary increased5% of my ctc in these 3 years.. but my friend joined in an adp with same package . Previously we both worked in Infosys.. after three years his package is 50% of hike in these 3 years of his ctc.. please choose wisely
