Offer letter!!!

Got a call from HR team that I am tech selected and they took the details they required from my side

At the end, they responded that I am HR select and I will get the offer letter in 2 days. Those 2 days will be 10 days by today and I didn't get any offer letter..

Can anyone help me in connecting with the HR team..

I tried calling the contacted person but no luck..
