Trending @Accenture; Offer in tcs - Kindly drop your opinion
Hi Guys I got offer letter from tcs today but I am waiting for accenture compensation release because if I get anything little small also I can ask tcs with my revised salary so that my ctc will become little more. Is that ok to ask with tcs once offer letter is released

In a similar situation, please let me know if TCS revises your offer, I'll also ask CAPGEMINI but also scared if they might revoke offer

There is more possibility of 2nd option cause you are playing with HR's ego and performance record also a lot of approvals required before offer so until they are in a do and die situation the second option will be their preference. Don't try Until you have 3rd offer in hand.

I am not sure about the offer an other thing but i worked in TCS for 5.5 years and when comparing with Accenture I see less politics there and more job security. I TCS you will never encounter words like PPI or forced resignation. Work life balance will be there in TCS and also too much on shore opportunities even you can select projects with onshore opportunities prior to joining. Hike will be less but over all this will be very better and promotion are also easy there as in Accenture it’s like a big milestone even after top performance.

So I'm moving here from 7 lpa to 10 lpa there but expecting 11 to 12 there but they saying since you have 3.10 yrs exp it will considered under 3-4 bracket and also because of that they have given me SE role I didn't get it analyst. So that why waiting for hike here so I can ask for revise in pay. And offer letter is valid till next Wednesday so need to get hike by Monday so then I can have chance to revise. So that's my question will they revise if our pay changes.

Can't we get only by sending the compensation letter is that pay slip is needed for last 3 months to get revised

Go for TCS offer. Even if you get hiked, TCS might not revise the compensation as you don’t have 3 months salary payslip with revised salary.
