Offer in Hand - Need Suggestions

Hi All,

Need your suggestions recently I have received any offer from a company and the company is ready to wait only for 2 months np though I mentioned them that my current np is 3 months but they want me to follow a buyout process for a month and serve only 2months np and join them but the current company is reluctant and is not ready for negotiation and want me to serve 3 months what can be done in this scenario?
