Offer from Vodafone VOIS

Hello everyone,

I recently received an offer for the position of Deputy Manager (Band H) after several rounds of discussions and negotiations.

The offered CTC is ₹16 LPA (inclusive of fixed and variable components). Could someone please confirm whether this figure is positioned at the lower or upper end of the Band H compensation range? I was informed that special approvals were required to finalize this offer, and I’d like to understand whether this is in line with the typical pay scale for the role.

In the CTC structure, I’ve noticed components such as LTA and an 8% bonus. As per my discussion,

  1. The LTA is included in the monthly in-hand salary (not on a reimbursement basis).
  2. The 8% bonus is not performance-linked, meaning the entire variable component will be paid out.

Based on this understanding, I should be receiving the entire CTC amount over the year, subject only to statutory deductions.

Could anyone currently working at VOIS India please confirm whether the above details are accurate?
