Offer from Tecnics Integration

I got an offer from tecnics, 100% hike but here are my concerns.

1. I’m currently part of the big 4, is leaving this worth it.
2. I’ll have to relocate to another place ( currently working at my hometown ) and also switch to 5 days a week working from 12 days a month working.
3. Got a lot of negative reviews online about toxic culture and job security being terrible and people being fired in 3-4 months.
4. Pros are that I’ll be working more hands on the products and learning more.

Should I consider joining or upskill myself and look for better options, kindly drop your suggestions and also ask whatever you want for clarity. Thanks.
