Offer from TCS SAP

I am L9 with accenture at present and got an offer of 36% from TCS, excluding variable. Including variable it is 52%. Should I switch?

If you are okay for 5 days and 9 hrs everyday then think about switching to TCS. Also hike is very low and TCS is the only mnc which decreases ctc if u get D band in appraisal. Last year they deducted 15 % ctc and this year it will be flat 20%.

In the first year, you will receive the full quarterly performance bonus. From the second year onward, the bonus will depend on the company's performance, BG performance, your deployment index, work-from-office status, etc.

One of the major components of your salary is the quarterly performance bonus.

My suggestion: Don't switch jobs until you have clarity on what you will actually receive.
