Trending @Accenture; Offer from TCS...

I am in my salary negotiation round with TCS and I asked for 90-100% hike and they have send a unofficial offer mail of CTC breakup with 45-50 hike saying this is project specific hiring and can’t be 100%.

Can someone help me negotiating it / guide me through. or should I just accept it fear of losing the offer??
