Offer from Salesforce for Senior Technical Consultant Role

I got a Offer from Salesforce, final Offer discussion is still pending.

I have 6 YOE and holding an offer of 35LPA.

How much can I negotiate?

What all can I ask them to include above the CTC, like Joining Bonus, Relocation Bonus, ESOPs etc.,

Any help would be appreciated.
