Offer from psu.
Got an offer from a psu on bases of gate exam CTC 21 LPA (in hand 15lpa after tax ,pf ,pension and other dedication) Should i take it or switch to SDE everyone says i will earn more in Corporate as initial salaries are high in psu but growth is less. I have also checked videos on YouTube and the internet seems like salaries are crazy there.
And moreover suppose if i join that psu but after 6-7 years i decide to quit it then can i switch to SDE or do MBA will i get job in corporate? After 6-7 YOE in non IT field.
Please suggest your real and unbiased opinions if anyone has experience of corporate.
