Things to know before joining LTIM

1. Delayed appraisals / No appraisal (2-5% hike)
2. Promotion depends on how good your relations are with the management (12% hike)
3. Lot of joiners are being put on bench due to unavailability of projects and then asked to resign after 180 days ( you can check a few cases in the app itself for LTIM section)
4. Company has the power to restructure the CTC after joining ( happened with me , reduced in hand salary and put it into BOB which I can't even claim due to stupid policies)
5. Sick leave policy ( minimum 3 days + you must be admitted in a hospital/ proof required) , you can't take sick leave for fever / fracture etc

If the money/increment is good enough from your current organisation then you can consider joining, but do keep the above things in mind so it doesn't surprise you later

Please don't join, the environment is really toxic. The managers are one of the worst creatures. They make you work 15-16 hours a day. You are expected to work on weekends. Without any compensation, allowances etc. They can release you from the project whenever they want to. LTIM picks up only those projects which no company wants to touch. All the projects are from hell.

LTIM is not corporate company,it's just like small consultancies which offers contract jobs for short term,if that's over,yr association over. you will never feel any association here.No culture,no vision. If it's only the last job on earth,then you may join.

If you don't have any other offer in your hand and you current LWD is soon then you can go ahead and join else you have any other offer in pipeline then just wait for sometime.

No job security after 6 months. Take your call accordingly!!
