They are promising a 25% bonus on top of it but not mentioned anywhere in the offer letter. Can someone give insight about the work culture and the salary

Bonus part is not written in offer letter but you do get it at the end of Nov every year.
Max you will get 15% bonus for 3rd rating.
For 1st rating also, max 21-22% you will get.
Never heard anyone receiving 25% bonus.
