Offer from Infosys, Should I wait for Band release?
I got an offer from Infosys with a decent considerable hike, but I don't want to put resignation in tcs until I get to know the band and hike% because I want to see the loyalty of tcs for a year of my hardwork, is it a wise decision to wait and act (anyway I can somehow lie to Infosys to extend DOJ, max of 10 days) Can Someone guide me please? And anybody knows exact dates of the band release?
Jo banding jana tha ja chuka h, abhi paper dalne se usme kuch change nhi aayega, aur jo bhi hike ho, that will be always lesser than the one you're getting during company switch. Don't lose the offer, take the step, there's nothing to lose in TCS.

2.5 years with tcs, overall yoe: 4 yrs, offered CTC is around 45% hike from current ctc
If you didn't put in resignation, what did you say to the HR of Infosys, are they okay with you having 90 days of Notice period? Are WITCH companies okay with candidates having 90 days NP after clearing all interviews?
Yes, Infosys didn't even ask about the notice period since I am from tcs, they are always okay with 90 days of np
No logic in waiting . But 45% is way to less if your current salary is between 4-7 lpa
