Offer from Hexaware
I have given interview in hexaware and they are just giving me 15% hike.I am in Sales side.They are saying that seeing TCS position now a days much hike is not given to there associate.
Is it worth moving for 15%hike.

Depends on CTC.In my person opinion at least 20-22% hike should be there for a change.Coz after tax and other deduction actual hike will be 10% if you accept 15% offer.
