Offer from GS -- Should I take (Tech Audit Domain)?

My role is Technology Audit and I have had an experience of 1.8 years. Initially started working in EY with 5.5 lpa base in Kolkata. But switched to PwC with 11 Ipa base last November in Kolkata. Right got an offer from GS with 15.5 Ipa base in Bangalore.

Any tech auditor who would like to suggest to me whether I should be taking this offer or not and move to Bangalore?
