I just got an offer from Deloitte USI in Chennai for the role of a Workday Integration Consultant. I’m pretty excited about it, but I have a few questions before I make my decision.
• How’s the Workday practice there? Is it well-established? What kind of projects are you working on? • What’s the work-life balance like? Are the hours manageable? Do you get time for yourself and your family? • Annual appraisal percentages? How are the hikes and bonuses? Is the appraisal process fair and transparent? • Certification process? How much time does Deloitte USI take to get us certified, and how many certifications will we be able to obtain?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been there or knows about it. Your insights could really help me out!
